In line with section 14 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, which section provides that everyone has the right to privacy, including the right to protection against the unlawful collection retention, dissemination, and use of personal information, and legislation namely the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPI”) amendments and regulations including and not limited to any other applicable legislation, users hereby agree to Feasts & Treats Privacy Policy applicable to all users of the Feasts & Treats website and mobile food application software which are used to access and purchase Feasts & Treats products and services.
By subscribing to the Feasts & Treats mobile application as a service provider or consumer you agree that you have read and understood the terms of the Feasts & Treats Privacy Policy. You agree to be prompted regarding a “privacy policy update” via instant messaging notification and/or electronic mail and/or on the Feasts & Treats application. You agree to acquaint yourself with any updates hereto as may be required from time to time. We set out how, why and when Feasts & Treats uses your Personal Information so as to comply with (“POPI”).
The POPI Act provides that your personal information must be collected directly from you; though any of our multiple channels of communication; from another source, where the collection of the information will not prejudice your legitimate interests and where the collection of the information is necessary.

Further to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, provide you with information, products or services you request from us, communicate with you and provide you with information, products or services, resolving complaints and quality control.

Should your Personal Information change or you wish to amend and/or correct this Personal Information you can do this by updating your registered user information in your account profile.
We retain your information in so long as you engage on the application as a service provider / consumer and / or the purpose for collection thereof has expired as there may be multiple purposes; in so long as there is a legal requirement to do so subject to you requesting that we stop processing your personal information.
COOKIES AND FURTHER INFORMATION WHICH WE MAY COLLECT

Like which product of ours is more popular compared to others and to send opt-in marketing or communication if you are not a registered user. A cookie does not give us access to your computer or information about you, other than the data you input into our website to identify yourself as a customer and avail yourself for contact regarding a purchase you can make.
4. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but upon landing on www.feastsntreats.co.za each user has to accept the use of cookies when utilising the website.

PROTECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
Measures taken to secure personal information, but not limited to physical, technical and network security; access controls and monitoring of access; secure storage, destruction and encryption of records of Personal Information; Personal Information breach reporting and remediation. Care is to be taken by service providers and customers alike to read the Privacy policies of third parties in that Feasts & Treats cannot control how a third party uses your personal information.
ACCESS AND REPORTING
In line with POPI, you have the right to request your personal information or request the deletion thereof (information may be retained for reasons as stipulated herein above). Any complaints or queries may be referred to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
